Refund Policy

ColourPop accepts eligible return requests made within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and supported by an order number or proof of purchase. For an eligible return, we cover return shipping and provide instructions or a prepaid label. If an order is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please send your order details and photos promptly. After receipt and review, approved refunds return to the original payment method within 10 business days; your bank or payment provider may take additional time. Contact us before dispatch if you need to cancel or change an order; changes are not guaranteed after shipment.
