ColourPop offers free standard shipping within the United States. Orders are normally processed in 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 4–6 business-day transit period. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are not business days. Tracking details are sent to the order email after dispatch when available. Please contact us promptly if an address was entered incorrectly; we cannot guarantee a change after shipment. Carrier delays, lost, damaged, or misdelivered parcels are handled case by case with the relevant order details.
